What is a temporary email address?
It is a short-lived inbox you can use for signups, verification codes, tests, and one-time tasks without exposing your personal address.
Do I need to create an account?
No. 9tem creates a public inbox without registration. You can use a random address or create a custom prefix when the domain allows it.
Can I receive verification codes?
Yes, if the sender accepts temporary email domains. Codes appear in the inbox and are highlighted when 9tem can detect them.
Is the inbox private?
No temporary public inbox should be treated as private. Anyone with the address or link may be able to view related mail.
How long is mail kept?
Mail is kept only until scheduled cleanup according to the operator's retention rules. Do not use it as permanent storage.
