The service is provided as available. Delivery speed, uptime, domains, retention windows, and mailbox availability are not guaranteed.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for fraud, spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation, malware, illegal transactions, or attempts to bypass platform rules.
Do not rely on 9tem for permanent accounts, account recovery, legal notices, or sensitive personal information.
Service control
The operator may block prefixes, domains, traffic sources, messages, or access patterns that threaten the service or other users.
Public inbox mail is removed by scheduled cleanup. Individual visitors cannot claim ownership of a public address.
