9tem is a public temporary email service. It is built for short tasks, not for sensitive or permanent communication.
What we process
We process the temporary email address you open, incoming email content, message metadata, short-lived receiving windows, operational logs, rate-limit counters, and abuse or support messages you send to the operator.
Temporary inboxes do not require user registration, but mailbox URLs and addresses can be viewed by anyone who knows them.
Retention and safety
Mail and receiving-window records are kept only for scheduled cleanup and operational protection. The operator can adjust retention rules in the admin console.
Do not use temporary inboxes for banking, identity documents, account recovery, private medical information, or anything you cannot afford to expose.
Third parties
The public site may show sponsor or advertising slots. Mail previews are displayed in a restricted frame and the service tries to reduce tracking exposure, but external email content can still be risky.
The service may disclose records when needed to stop abuse, protect infrastructure, or comply with valid legal requirements.
